Punishment Beyond Reason

Sarah Stern is not very happy when she gets a phone call from the Head Office on her weekend away to berate her about staffing levels at the office. She had trusted her second in command to ensure that things would run smoothly in her absence. She is told to report to the office immediately to sort things out, so is understandably furious. Gemma is shocked to see her Boss and even more so when she realises just how much trouble she is in. She is given a choice, lose her job or accept a punishment. She tries to talk her way out of trouble, but it soon becomes clear to her that is she wants to stay, then she must pay. Sarah not only wants to spank her, but to humiliate her as well by punishing her in a stress position. No warmup for this errant employee, this spanking is hard, prolonged and incredibly painful.

What are you doing here?
Very good question Gemma.
Very good question indeed.
What do you think I'm doing here?
I'm not too sure.
I had a call from head office at home
because somebody has messed up the staffing ratios
for this weekend.
I did get some assistance from Cedar on that as well.
I thought I'd sorted it.
But really, after a silly mistake,
it impacts on everyone's lives.
It's my weekend off, or should have been.
Instead, I've had it in the neck and in the ear from head office.
I've got to make a report now on Monday
as to how this can be prevented in future.
What should I put in that report Gemma?
Should I put, "It can be prevented in future
if I don't trust Gemma because she's no good at her job."
I have been trying.
I've had a huge workload as well.
It's one mistake. I do want to be doing better.
It's not one mistake though, is it?
It's a mistake that's impacted badly on me
and it's spoiled my entire weekend.
I am now here having to sort out a mess of your weekend.
I apologise for ruining your weekend.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
I don't want to get you in trouble.
Yeah, well, it's done.
It's done. I have been humiliated.
Really? Humiliated.
They've prevented a written warning and I can try to do better.
