What would you consider a weakness?

My biggest weakness is honestly probably that I am a little bit too much of a workaholic.

I push myself sometimes a little too, too much.

So, if I needed somebody to work overtime, would you be the person I could call?

Yes, of course I would be.

Tell me about a challenge you faced at work.

Well, there was one challenge I faced at a job previously with a manager who, instead of communicating her own problems with, you know, things that I was doing that I didn't know I was doing because she couldn't talk to me about it.

When I did bring it up to her, it ended up with me resigning because her solution to her talking about me rudely to my coworkers was,

"Well, maybe you should have just noticed this is what you were doing wrong instead of communicating with me before it got to that point."
